Walk in urgent care is available at Crystal Gallery Urgent Care and at Rogers City Centre, in Rogers. These facilities are open to all patients, not just patients of Northwest Family Physicians. We welcome new patients. Hours for the Crystal Gallery Urgent Care and Rogers City Centre Urgent Care are M- F 5 P.M. - 9 P.M. and Sat/Sun 10 A.M.- 6 P.M. Call for holiday hours.

If you are a regular patient of Northwest Family Physicians, you may want to call your clinic first to see if you can see your usual doctor, physician's assistant or nurse practitioner for an appointment. We are often able to see patients the same day. However, urgent care is available for those medical situations that just "can't wait".

Urgent care patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. Appointments are not made. Only your immediate medical problem can be addressed during an urgent care visit. Patients are responsible for payment at the time of the service. This is often a "co-pay" for many insurances, but some patients may need to pay in full at the time of the service and submit the bill to their insurance company for reimbursement.

Common conditions seen in the urgent care are fevers, ear infections, sore throats, colds and bladder infections. Recent injuries such as fractures, bruises, sprains and cuts can also be treated. Life threatening illness or injuries should be treated in an emergency room as the urgent care center is not equipped to handle these cases.
