| Northwest Family Physicians Business Office is staffed to assist patients in matters of finance and insurance. Business office hours are 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. Phone: (763) 504-6550.
Credit Policy
Northwest Family Physicians expects that accounts be paid in full each month. If you are not able to clear your balance, you must contact the Business Office to make payment arrangements.
New patients who have a private insurance are expected to make partial payment at the time of their first visit. We will bill your insurance carrier for you. A delay in insurance payment does not alter the patient's financial responsibility to the clinic. All co-payments must be made at the time of service.

We will file claims to your insurance company if supplied with insurance information. Please be prepared to present your insurance card at each visit. If you have questions regarding the health insurance plans we participate with, please call our Business Office.
