Follow age recommendations, plus the following immunizations:

• Flu shot yearly
• Pneumovax one time

Ace Inhibitors: Most should be on Prinivil, Zestril or similar medication – check with your doctor.

B-Blockers: Most should be on Metroprolol, Carvedilol or similar medication – check with your doctor.

Diet: Carefully limit sodium (salt) in the diet.

Weight: Weight yourself daily and call our office if you gain more than 5 pounds in 3 days.
