Northwest Family Physicians and Crystal Doctors Park have served their communities for over 30 years. In October 1984, the two clinics merged and became known as Northwest Family Physicians. As family physicians, we offer care to all ages and have a network of specialists for referral when necessary.

We provide a wide range of medical services for all ages. Many of our physicians provide obstetrical care. General x-ray services are provided, as well as, mammogram, and bone densitometry, available at our Crystal site. Ultrasound is available at all three sites. Many common procedures are done at our clinics, including skin biopsies and excisions, allergy injections, and evaluation of abnormal pap smears with colposcopy.
